(a) Public Liability and Property Damage. No license for a medical vehicle service, or for a business engaged in transporting sick and disabled persons in nonemergency medical vehicles, shall be issued or remain in effect unless the licensee maintains in force, and on file with the Director sufficient evidence of a public liability and property damage insurance policy covering operation of the business, equipment and emergency and nonemergency medical vehicles of the licensee, for bodily injury, including death, in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for two or more persons in any one occurrence; and for property damage in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per occurrence.
(b) Change or Cancellation Endorsement. An endorsement shall be included on the required policies providing for thirty days' notice to the Director in the event of any material change or cancellation.
