If at any time it should appear to the Mayor that any person duly licensed under the provisions of the Business Regulation Code has violated any of the provisions of the Business Regulation Code or any other City ordinance or State statute, the Mayor is hereby authorized to revoke the license granted to such person, and such person shall then cease to have any privilege thereunder.
