(a) The duty to furnish statements when and in the manner provided is declared to be a continuing one. For each day that any person, required under this chapter to furnish a statement, fails to do so, such failure is considered a separate offense. However, no person may be convicted more than once because of violations occurring by reason of failure on a series of days to furnish such statement. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed a bar to subsequent prosecutions for violations of the provisions of this chapter occurring subsequent to a prior conviction or an acquittal of a violation thereof.
(Ord. 14-55. Passed 3-22-55.)
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
