§ 9.32.010 LOITERING ON PUBLIC STREETS OR AT PLACES OF BUSINESS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person without lawful business to stand or loiter upon any public street or at any place of business in any section of the city after having been directed by a police officer of the city to move on.
