§ 9.16.010 DRINKING ON STREETS, SIDEWALKS, PARKWAYS OR PUBLIC PARKING LOTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drink any malt, spirituous or vinous liquor containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume, upon any street, sidewalk, parkway or public parking lot within the city.
