§ 9.04.050 PAINTING ADVERTISEMENTS ON STREETS, CURBS AND SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make, place, paint, stamp or otherwise affix any sign, advertisement, poster or other device upon the surface of any public street, curb or sidewalk within the city, except such as are authorized by order of the City Council.
