(A) Title 10, Los Angeles County Animal Code (“Animal Code Ordinance” or “ACO”), as in effect at the time of adoption by the city, and as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference pursuant to the provisions of Cal. Government Code §§ 50022.1 through 50022.10. The ACO is made a part of the Alhambra Municipal Code, subject to the particular amendments and deletions provided in Chapter 7.04.
(B) A certified copy of the ACO has been deposited with the office of the City Clerk of the City of Alhambra and shall be at all times maintained by the City Clerk for use and examination by the public.
