§ 5.28.200 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 1.12.010 of this code.
   (B)   Each separate act of soliciting for any charitable purposes without a permit shall constitute a separate offense.
