(A) Form. The permits required by the provisions of this chapter shall bear the name and address of the person to whom the permit is issued, the number of the permit, the date issued, the dates within which the permittee may solicit and a statement that the permit does not constitute an endorsement by the city or by any of its departments, officers or employees of the purpose of or of the person conducting the solicitation. All permits must be signed by the Director of Finance.
(B) Term. Each permit and each renewal permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on December 31 next following the date of its issuance.
