§ 2.49.010 CITY OFFICES, FACILITIES OPEN; WHEN.
   City offices shall be open to the public at such times and on such days as shall be established by City Council resolution.
   (A)   The Police and Fire Departments shall be open to the public 24 hours per day, seven days each week; provided, however, that clerical divisions thereof may be operated on a four or five day basis when, in the discretion of the respective department heads, such operation is consistent with the requirements of the respective departments.
   (B)   Parks and Recreation Department facilities shall be open to the public on such days and at such hours as may be determined by the Deputy City Manager/Parks and Recreation Director. He or she shall report all determinations of days and hours to the City Manager.
   (C)   Alhambra public library facilities shall be open to the public on such days and at such hours as may be determined by the Board of Library Trustees. The Board shall report all determinations of days and hours to the City Council.
