The duties of the Emergency Hospital Advisory Committee shall be to consult with and advise the city and appropriate city officials from time to time as to the general management and operation of emergency hospital, medical and ambulance service within the city, and also to perform such other duties as may be assigned to the Advisory Committee by the City Council from time to time.
(A) The Advisory Committee shall adopt its own rules and regulations as to the time, place and conduct of its meetings and shall keep a record of all of its proceedings and transactions.
(B) Meetings of the Advisory Committee shall be held not less often than once during each three-month period, at such times and places as may be selected by the committee.
