§ 2.24.090 PLANS FOR PUBLIC ENTERPRISE; SURVEY WORK FOR CITY PLANNING.
   The City Planning Commission may secure plans for public enterprises, originating from private sources, and classify the same for reference. The Commission, either upon its own initiative or by the direction of the City Council, shall also undertake such survey work as will tend to concentrate under the City's Control all information and intelligence on city planning matters that will be of service to the Council and city departments in carrying on the orderly and systematic development of the city.
