§ 2.22.050 QUORUM.
   Three members of the Board shall constitute a quorum.
   (A)   The affirmative vote of at least three members of the Board shall be required for all decisions of the Board.
   (B)   A quorum of the Board shall have the power to continue any matter from time to time.
