§ 22.12.015 BY RIGHT PROJECT.
   A BY RIGHT PROJECT is one that is subject to ministerial review under California statutes, including, but not limited to, projects described as "use by right" in Cal. Gov’t Code § 65583.2 (i.e. that are 20% affordable on up-zoned sites, 20% affordable on prior Housing Element Sites Inventory sites), or SB 35 projects.
