§ 24.02.150 TAX INCENTIVES.
   TAX INCENTIVES means California or federal investment tax credits, solar tax credits, accelerated depreciation, tax deferral and solar tax benefits accruing through the leasehold of solar energy devices under existing state and federal tax laws.
