§ 24.02.110 MUNICIPAL SOLAR AND CONSERVATION UTILITY (MSCU).
   MUNICIPAL SOLAR AND CONSERVATION UTILITY (MSCU) means a program conducted by the city, or its authorized agent, to promote the utilization of renewable energy and energy conservation technologies.
