§ 23.34.030 REVIEW AUTHORITY.
   The responsibility for review and approval of residential planned development permits shall be as follows:
   (A)   Residential planned development permit (RM and RH zones). This permit is subject to approval by the Planning Commission.
   (B)   Residential planned development permit (CMU, CBD, EMC, AC, I, PO, and PF zones). A residential planned development permit related to the use of real property shall be approved, modified, or rejected by the Planning Commission.
