Reversion to acreage maps submitted for final approval prior to recordation, shall be subject to review and approval as specified above for final or parcel maps, as the case may be. In addition, except as provided in subdivision (e) of Cal. Gov't Code § 66445, a certificate shall accompany the parcel map, acknowledged by all parties having any record title interest in the land being reverted, consenting to the preparation and filing of the parcel map. The Planning Commission shall approve such requests, only upon making the following findings: That the proposed division of land complies with all city requirements as to area, improvement and design, floodwater drainage control, appropriate improved public roads, sanitary disposal facilities, water supply availability, environmental protection, and all other applicable provisions of the city's general plan, zoning ordinance or other applicable ordinances and regulations.
