§ 22.44.030 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE DEDICATION.
   Pursuant to Cal. Gov't Code § 66478, subdividers shall be required to dedicate land for an elementary school site. The standards and procedures for such dedication shall be established by the City Council.
