§ 22.32.090 LOT COMBINATION AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   Any parcels or units of land for which a lot combination agreement has been recorded on or before the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be deemed to have been merged.
   (B)   Any parcels or units of land for which a lot combination agreement has not been recorded on or before the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be deemed not to have been merged.
