§ 22.20.090 ACTION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
   The Planning Commission shall render approval, conditional approval, or disapproval of a tentative map of a subdivision within 50 days after a complete application for such map has been filed. If an environmental impact report is prepared for the tentative map, the 50-day period specified above shall not be applicable and the Planning Commission shall render its decision within 45 days after certification of the environmental impact report. The decision of the Planning Commission may be recorded in the form of a resolution. If a resolution is prepared it shall contain the facts and reasons upon which the decision was based, and include the finding that the division is or is not consistent with the city general plan, or any applicable specific plans, or other applicable ordinances or policies. Time limits specified herein shall be modified only to the extent provided for in the Map Act.
