§ 22.12.030 COLLECTOR STREET.
   COLLECTOR STREET means a street lower in classification and physical size than the arterials, that performs an equally important function in collecting neighborhood traffic from local streets and trans-ferring it to larger arterial streets or to the more local activity areas such as schools, shopping centers and employment centers.
