§ 20.03.010 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to do any sandblasting on the outside of any building within the city without first having obtained a permit from the Director of Community Development. A separate permit shall be required for each separate job or location at which such sandblasting is to be done.
