§ 17.28.080 COMPLIANCE WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   All construction shall conform to the approved plans and specifications and, in addition thereto, shall comply with the applicable:
   (A)   Specifications of the City Engineer;
   (B)   Specifications of the Superintendent of Building.
