§ 17.28.010 PLANS TO CONFORM TO STANDARDS OF DESIGN.
   All plans required under provisions of this chapter shall conform to applicable standards of design on file in the office of the City Engineer and other affected public agencies. Such standards shall be revised from time to time to conform to recognized and accepted principles of engineering design and construction.
