§ 17.24.100 RIGHT OF ENTRY TO OBTAIN SAMPLE.
   For the purpose of obtaining the samples required by the preceding division, the City Engineer, Superintendent of Building or Health Officer shall be permitted at all reasonable hours to enter and inspect the place, enclosure or structure where such sewage, industrial wastes or effluent is being discharged or deposited.
