§ 17.24.080 PROVISIONS FOR TEST MANHOLES.
   The City Engineer or Superintendent of Building and permittee may by mutual agreement provide for the installation of a test manhole or other structure through which all industrial waste shall pass. Such structure shall be so designed that flows may be measured and samples readily obtained therefrom.
