§ 17.08.140 NEGOTIATION WITH OTHER PUBLIC AGENCIES.
   The City Engineer or Superintendent of Building may confer and negotiate with officials of any public agency interested in, or regulating the disposal of industrial wastes, for the purpose of adopting uniform standards satisfactory to all.
