§ 17.08.120 INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS.
   Notwithstanding any of the exceptions mentioned in this chapter, the City Engineer and Superintendent of Building shall promptly investigate every com-plaint charging violation of any of the provisions of this chapter and shall take action to correct any violation discovered.
