§ 17.08.110 EXISTING INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS.
   This title hereby grants a permit to deposit or discharge industrial waste from an existing industrial building to the same extent and by the same method as that legally employed on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter. The City Engineer and Superintendent of Building may suspend and the City Council may revoke any such permit pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
