§ 17.08.060 EXTENSIONS OF TIME LIMITS.
   Any time limit provided for in this chapter may be extended by mutual consent of the City Engineer, Superintendent of Building, Health Officer and Water Pollution Control Board and the permittee or applicant, or other person affected.
