§ 17.04.260 SEWAGE.
   SEWAGE means contaminated water or water-borne waste from dwellings, hotels, restaurants, schools, institutions, hospitals, office and industrial buildings, and other similar structures, but excepting the following: storm water, rain water, ground water, roof or yard drainage and uncontaminated cooling water.
