§ 17.04.150 INDUSTRIAL WASTE TREATMENT PLANT OR FACILITY.
   INDUSTRIAL WASTE TREATMENT PLANT OR FACILITY means any works or device for the treatment of industrial waste, prior to discharge, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and any other section of this code pertaining thereto.
