§ 17.04.140 INDUSTRIAL LIQUID WASTE.
   INDUSTRIAL LIQUID WASTE means any waterborne or liquid waste from an industrial building except the following: Domestic sewage, uncon-taminated cooling water and uncontaminated storm water runoff from roofs, streets or yard areas.
