§ 17.04.070 DOMESTIC SEWAGE.
   DOMESTIC SEWAGE means waterborne wastes derived from the ordinary living processes and of such volume and character as to permit satisfactory disposal into cesspools or septic tanks approved and constructed as required by the code of the city, or into a public sewer.
