§ 17.02.010 AUTHORITY TO ADMINISTER TITLE.
   (A)   Wherever hereinafter in this Title XVII the words "Director of Public Works", are used, the words "Director of Utilities" shall be substituted in lieu thereof.
   (B)   Wherever hereinafter in this Title XVII the words "Department of Public Works" are used, the words "Utilities Department" shall be substituted in lieu thereof.
