§ 16.16.030 SPECIFICATIONS FOR MAIN SEWERS.
   (A)   Constructed under contract with city. All main sewers constructed under contract with the city shall meet the requirements of specifications No. 149 and all standards of the city unless otherwise specifically excepted.
   (B)   Constructed by utility or other person. All main sewers constructed by any person including a municipally owned public utility shall meet the requirements of specifications No. 149 and all ordinances and standards of the city.
