§ 16.16.010 COST OF REPAIRING DAMAGE AND OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC SEWERS.
   Whenever a house connection or a sewer connection permittee or any other person by reason of violation of this title causes obstruction, damage or destruction of a public sewer, he shall reimburse the city for the cost of the flushing, cleaning, repairing and reconnection of such sewer made necessary by such violation within 30 days after the Director of Public Works shall render an invoice for the same.
