§ 16.04.210 SEWAGE.
   SEWAGE means the water borne wastes from dwellings, kitchens, restaurants, institutions, stables, dairies, business buildings and other similar struc-tures, but excluding any storm water, rainwater, surface water, ground water, roof or yard drainage.
