§ 16.04.020 APPROVED.
   APPROVED means approval by the Director of Public Works, Superintendent of Building and Chief Engineer of the county sanitation district as the result of investigation and tests conducted by them, or by reason of accepted principles or tests by national authorities, technical or scientific organizations.
