§ 15.16.040 FIRE HYDRANTS; USE ONLY BY AUTHORIZED PERSONS.
   Fire hydrants are provided for the sole purpose of extinguishing fires, and shall be opened and used only by the Water and Fire Departments or such persons as may be authorized to do so by the Superintendent of the Water Department.
