§ 13.40.030 DESIGNATING EAST AND WEST STREETS.
   The names of all those portions of streets running east and west, lying east of Garfield Avenue, shall have prefixed to such respective name the word “East,” and the names of all those portions of such last described streets lying west of Garfield Avenue, shall have prefixed to such respective name the word “West.”
