§ 12.28.055 DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION OF UNMETERED MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS.
   Unmetered municipal parking lots shall be operated 24 hours each day, seven days per week. Sundays and holidays included, except where other hours are established by City Council resolution.
