§ 12.28.010 ESTABLISHMENT OF TIME LIMITS.
   (A)   The City Council shall set by resolution the time limits for all municipal parking lots, or portions thereof.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for more than the time limit so established pursuant to division (A) above in a designated space on the respective municipal parking lot.
   (C)   The City Council reserves the right to designate any parking spaces within the municipal parking lots for unlimited parking, if so posted, for lease on a monthly basis at a rate to be determined by the City Council.
