The following described area shall constitute an off-street parking zone and shall be known as parking lot 23:
The northwesterly 16.67 feet of Lot 15 and the southeasterly 16.67 feet of Lot 17 of the Pomeroy and Stimson's Subdivision, Block B, as per map recorded in Book 13, Page 51 of Maps, in the office of the Los Angeles County Recorder.
This section shall cease to be operative upon the expiration of that certain lease agreement, dated March 10, 1998, by and between the city, the Alhambra Redevelopment Agency, Vibul Saeheng, Ray C. Saeheng, Subert Wong and Jing Wang, for lease by the city of 30 spaces for municipal parking purposes upon the real property located at 14 North Second Street.
