The following described area shall constitute any off-street parking zone and shall be known as parking lot 21:
Parcel 1: Those portions of Lois 3 and 4 of Block C of W. E. Ferguson's Subdivision of Lots 6, 7, 10 and 11 of G. B. Adams' Subdivision of Lots 4, 5, and 6 of Range 8 and 9, Alhambra Addition Tract, as per map recorded in Book 13, Page 92 of Mis-cellaneous Records in the County Recorder of the County described as follows:
Beginning at the N.W. Corner of Lot 3 as shown on the map of the Tract; thence N 60° 45' E. along the northerly line of Lots 3 and 4, a distance of 98 feet: thence S 30° 00' E. along a line parallel with the easterly line of Lot 4, a distance of 78.00 feet: thence S 60° 00' W.a distance of 15.00 feet: thence N 30° 00' W. a distance of 20.12 feet: thence S 60° 00' a distance of 83.00 feet to the westerly line of Lot 3; thence N 30° 00' W. along the westerly line of Lot 3, a distance of 59.16 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2: That portion of Lot 5 of Block W of W. E. Ferguson's Subdivision of Lots 6, 7, 10, and 11 of G. Adams' Subdivision of Lots 3, 5, and 6 of Range 9, Alhambra Additional Tract as per map recorded in Book 13, Page 92 of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County Recorder of the County described as follows:
The south easterly one-half of Lot 5, except the easterly 30 feet.
