The following described area shall constitute an off-street parking meter zone and shall be known as parking lot 16:
The southwesterly 18 feet of lots 16 and 17 of the Langdon Tract, as per map recorded in book 18, page 22 of miscellaneous records in the office of the County Recorder, excepting from lot 17, the south-easterly 10 feet thereof; and
Lots six and seven in block E, Pomeroy and Stimson's Subdivision, as per map recorded in book 13, page 51 of miscellaneous records in the office of the County Recorder: excepting from lot seven, that portion lying southerly of a line which is parallel with the centerline of Main Street and passes through a point on the center line of Second Street distant South 30 14' 10" East thereon 285.50 feet from the intersection of the centerlines as the centerlines are shown on map recorded in book 58, page 3 of record of surveys in the office of the County Recorder.
