§ 12.08.040 APPLICABILITY TO BUS STOPS, TAXI STANDS, LOADING ZONES.
   Nothing in this title shall be construed as prohibiting the city from providing for bus stops, for taxicab stands and other matters of similar nature, including the loading and unloading of trucks, vans, or other commercial vehicles, and the loading and unloading of passengers.
