§ 11.36.060 SUBSTITUTION OF VEHICLES UNDER PERMIT.
   If a permittee surrenders an unexpired permit for a certain vehicle, he or she may obtain a permit for a substituted vehicle for the unexpired term upon payment of a fee in an amount established by City Council resolution.
