(A) Annual permit. Except for those streets set forth in division (B) hereof, an annual all-night parking permit may be issued as provided in this chapter, authorizing the parking of a vehicle between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any street within the city; and any person may park a vehicle between these hours on any such street, provided such all-night parking permit has been issued to the vehicle, or provided a virtual permit has been purchased and is current.
(1) A separate permit shall be required for each vehicle.
(2) No such annual permit shall be issued to commercial vehicles exceeding 6,000 pounds gross vehicle weight, non-motorized vehicles, trailers, vehicles exceeding six feet in width, vehicles exceeding 20 feet in length, vehicles exceeding eight feet in height, or any combination thereof; provided, however, that merchants/businesses located in Alhambra may apply for annual permits for any vehicles used in their business, which are otherwise authorized to be parked on the streets adjacent to their business during the day, to be parked adjacent to such business during the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(B) Streets excepted. Atlantic Boulevard, Fremont Avenue, Garfield Avenue, Main Street, Mission Road and Valley Boulevard.
